Join Us for Another Evening of Baseball and Fun!

When:  Thursday August 18th  – Gates open at 6PM and Games Starts at 7PM

  • In the fields below, please fill out the following email form no later than July 25th. In the message box located below, enter each patient’s FIRST and LAST name and whether you intend to pick up your tickets at the Pittsford office, or have them mailed to you .  Each patient may bring one friend. 
  • We will confirm your reservation with a return email acknowledgement from baseball@gispractice.com if you click the return message box.   Look for confirmation of order in your email or in your spam folder if you can't find it.

    To allow everyone the opportunity to attend the game that requests tickets, please notify us of any cancellations by July 25th.

    Tickets will be mailed to your home by August 8th or you can pick them up at the Pittsford Office before August 1st.  If you have not received your tickets by August 15th, call 585-248-5100 or email carol@get-it-straight.com.

    If the Game is Rained Out – Rain check tickets for another game of your choice will be exchanged at the Red Wing Ticket Office.
